Summary:
This project was created as part of a whole training workshop for Inner Fire Logistics. The owner wanted to have an updated version of a module from their current training for new sales agents/learners for his small business. I created a Slide Deck using Canva by converting an existing presentation into an updated training module with a new structure and balanced use of text and graphics that covers the required content for new sales agents.
Challenge:
The instructor needs to engage the learners and not overwhelm the learners with the knowledge to identify and know the difference between different carrier company types. The current presentation did not have a balanced use of text, graphics and depended on instructor to present more information from memory than on the current presentation.
Solution:
To create an updated slide deck with a balanced use of text and graphics that covers the different carrier company types that sales agents need to know of. This presentation can be handed off to other staff to present to onboarding sales agents.
Result:
The instructor will be able to engage the the learners with the required content for the learners to be able to identify the different carrier types to make sales for the business. The instructor is able to engage the learners with a balanced slide deck.
